Growing up in HappyValley in a family that bleeds blue and white, Jerry Valeri is proud to be a lifelong part of the local community. After graduating from PennStateUniversity with a criminology degree, Jerry was dangerously close to becoming a state trooper (which would've been bad for everyone involved). Fortunately he landed a radio internship and the minute the microphone cracked, he was hooked! He has been on the airwaves in State College since 2001 and covered everything from intern/stunt boy, night guy, afternoons, and several morning shows for various music formats. He was voted State College Magazine’s 2014 “Best Radio Personality,” and while he was sad to move on from Majic Mornings is excited to talk to you on your way HOME from work from now on. Jerry lives in State College with his wife, Kelly, and their blue-and-white-blooded children Allison and Evan.
